Shareholders behind nominee accounts
In accordance with the Norwegian Regulation on access to the share register and nominee-registered shares (FOR-2024-11-17-2804), which entered into force on 1 February 2025, Elektroimportøren AS is required to publish an annual overview of the beneficial owners behind nominee-registered shares. The overview must be made available to the public free of charge no later than six weeks prior to the Annual General Meeting.
The regulation implements provisions in the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act (allmennaksjeloven § 4-5) aimed at ensuring transparency of ownership in Norwegian listed companies.
The overview here contains the name, country of residence and number of shares held by each identified shareholder behind nominee accounts in Elektroimportøren AS, as well as a list of nominee accounts where the underlying beneficial owners have not been disclosed.
